Digital sales policy

LeafLabz currently sells digital 3D print files. Because digital assets are delivered instantly, orders are generally non-returnable after delivery.

When refunds may be issued

We may issue refunds when a file is inaccessible, materially defective, or delivered in error and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Support before refund

If you experience issues with a download, contact support@leaflabz.ca with your order number first. We will prioritize restoring access or providing a corrected file.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days.
