1. Agreement to terms
By visiting or purchasing from LeafLabz, you agree to these Terms of Service and our posted policies, including the Delivery Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimers. If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete a purchase.
2. Products and availability
Product details, images, and descriptions are provided for convenience and may vary slightly from the actual item. Digital downloads (including 3D print files, where applicable) are available and delivered electronically.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded.
4. Delivery
LeafLabz currently provides digital products only. Delivery is electronic, and no shipment is made. See our Delivery Policy for details.
5. Returns and refunds
If your file is inaccessible or delivered incorrectly, contact us promptly so we can help. Refund eligibility, timelines, and exclusions are outlined in our Refund Policy.
6. Digital products and 3D print file downloads
Digital files are delivered electronically and are generally non-refundable once delivered. 3D print file downloads are licensed for personal or internal business use unless a separate license is provided. You may not resell, redistribute, or share digital files without permission.
7. User accounts and conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Do not misuse the site, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access.
8. Intellectual property
All content, designs, and trademarks on this site are owned by LeafLabz or its licensors. You may not use them without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeafLabz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchases. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
